Job description

Join our fully remote, mission-driven team dedicated to pioneering sustainable inflight service management. Work on innovative technology solutions with global impact, collaborate within a diverse, international environment, and continuously enhance your skills through ongoing learning opportunities.

Headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, with team members across 11 countries, we offer a dynamic and engaging company culture that celebrates creativity, collaboration, and inclusion.

About the role

We are on a mission to contribute to a zero-waste future by drastically reducing food waste, fuel consumption, costs, and most importantly, CO₂ emissions in the airline industry. Every role in our company is a direct contributor to this vision — and as a Marketing Content Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of the team that makes it possible.

You will report to our Head of Marketing and Communications and collaborate closely with the Growth and Product Teams to support broader outreach efforts, content creation, and cross-airline departmental marketing initiatives. You will play a key role at the core of our marketing funnel, creating compelling content that attracts prospects and nurtures them into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

Flexibility is essential in this role. Beyond your core responsibilities, you’ll adapt to evolving priorities and support the company wherever needed to help us achieve our ambitious goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Campaign Support

    • Assist in executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and event channels.

    • Coordinate logistics for marketing activities (e.g., preparing materials for expos like WTCE and WAF).

    • Assist in account-based marketing initiatives by creating tailored content for specific airline accounts or targeted groups, ensuring relevance and personalization.

  • Content Creation

    • Develop content that drives awareness and engagement, guiding prospects into the marketing funnel and supporting their conversion into MQLs.

    • Support the creation of marketing collateral such as website content, brochures, case studies, and presentations.

    • Create and publish engaging multimedia content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other digital channels, including visuals, short videos, and interactive assets.

    • Work with design resources to ensure visuals align with brand guidelines.

    • Support the creation of stakeholder-focused materials such as tailored presentations and content for specific initiatives as needed, ensuring alignment across departments, with guidance and assistance from the Head of Communications.

  • Brand Consistency

    • Help maintain and update brand assets across digital platforms.

    • Ensure all content adheres to LimeFlight’s tone and visual identity.

  • Research & Insights

    • Conduct basic market research and competitor monitoring to inform content and campaigns.

    • Gather feedback from various stakeholders to improve messaging and outreach.

  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Track and report on campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).

    • Provide insights to the Head of Marketing and Communications for optimization.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration

    • Support Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams with marketing materials and communication needs.

    • Assist in internal updates about ongoing campaigns and initiatives.

    • Be ready to take on additional tasks as needed to help the company progress toward its objectives.

Key competencies

  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing or communications in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Strong content creation and design skills with attention to detail and brand consistency.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).

  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote work environment.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, adapting to different priorities and perspectives.

  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and ability to derive insights for optimization.

  • Interest in sustainability and/or the airline industry.

  • Flexibility to support events, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute beyond your core responsibilities.
